Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is:

We endeavour to send items between Tuesday - Fridays. The Beauty shop isn't open Sundays and Mondays (sometimes orders will be packed and ready to go on Saturday to Monday, however couriers don't do pickups on the weekends). 

If an item is out of stock we will make contact to advise you and give a approximate ETA where possible. Occasionally our suppliers are out of stock, this is beyond our control. We aim to hold good stock levels but client demand can sometimes find we run out before more stock has had a chance to arrive.

About Beauty has send over 2500 orders with speedy delivery, once your order is picked up by our courier you should receive it within 2-3 days, but we can't control courier timelines or rural delivery slowing the process. Also please keep in mind public holidays can also slow the process especially around Easter, Christmas and New Years.
